Therefore Hydronics H2O is NOT responsible for these charges in any way and you as the consumer take full responsibility in paying these additional charges. Hydronics H2O is not responsible for Customs seizer or any damage to packages or product.

SHIPPING/CANCELLATIONS/RETURNS:

Hydronics H2O uses the United States Postal Service for its shipping services. We will always accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship. Fulfillment mistakes that may be made which result in the shipment of incorrect products to you will also be accepted for return. However, if there is an issue with the product upon its arrival that may have been caused during delivery to its destination, please contact us directly at [email protected] and we will do everything we can to address and resolve the issue in a timely manner. Customer service is our number one priority at Hydronics H2O and management is readily accessible through our email.

USAGE OF DISCOUNT CODES/COUPONS:

Only one discount code can be applied per single order and cannot be used in conjunction with other offerings. Reference codes are also authorized though the checkout process.
